Policies We stand behind our designs to be free of defects under normal wear. Great care is taken in creating each piece and selecting each component carefully. We hope you'll be truly satisfied with your purchase. Visa and MasterCard transactions can be processed by phone or fax, or you may print the order form and fax/send us a personal check, money order or credit card information. Your items will ship when we receive personal check. Please call 586-263-1634 if you need assistance. Sales tax is included in the price. Returns will be accepted up to 15 days after you receive your items. If for any reason your not happy with your purchase please contact us immediately and will gladly exchange or refund your unworn jewelry order. Custom orders or worn jewelry is not refundable. However we will make every attempt to find or create something you do like. Your personal information you provide will only be use to complete the transaction and deliver your merchandise. Under no circumstances will we give out your information to any third party. Shipping and handling is $5.00 per order. We sell international. We do not know where every jewelry component originates, it is necessary for international customers to pay duties on some items.
